The Smallest Gift Guide of 2019
Here’s the deal friends. I could list off like 50 things that you should buy this holiday season. But I most certainly DO NOT want to contribute to unnecessary spending or clutter in your home! So here are the top FEW items we L-O-V-E and use every. single. day. We own every item on this list, in our home. We have chosen to slowly invest in these larger, quality purchases because of how they contribute positively to our family. These products have helped simplify our home, lessen our workload, embrace slower living, and become a healthier, more unified family. Above and beyond these items, I cannot express how greatly we…
HOW WE DO: Christmas Morning and Gifts for Kids
How We Do :: Christmas Gifts We keep Christmas gifts very minimal for our kids. Just today, we walked down the aisles of Target and asked the girls what they wanted for Christmas, their response “I don’t know.” For us, filling that gift void with toys isn’t worth the financial investment. Also, family and friends gift our children generously enough in that department! Starting Monday I’ll be leading a group of women to life with less. I. Am. So. Excited. To join the private Facebook Group + Going Simple Challenge, click here! Part of simplifying is recognizing our mistakes so we don’t repeat them, and fill our homes and lives back up with all the STUFF we are trying to get rid of. Why I Went SIMPLE. My simplifying started because we were moving out of our first home. A home we lived in for over seven years. You can surprisingly accumulate a…

These toys promote independent play, are WELL loved by our family, and, best part, are not annoying with all the noise and battery required drama (thank me later for this)! The links in the post are a part…
10 Gifts For The Minimalist, The Person Who Has Everything, Or The Person Who Hates Everything
So you’ve found yourself here because of one too many gift giving incidents have gone bad. Don’t worry, I’m pretty sure we’ve all been there. If you were at my wedding, and you heard my brothers’ speeches, you know that I am the queen of a sour poker face when it comes to receiving gifts. I consider it as a compliment. It means I’m a horrible liar. 😉 Maybe you’re here because you have someone who simply already has All. The. Things. And finding a gift that’s new and will be loved is an impossible task. Ooooor, maybe you’re here because a loved one is a new found minimalist. So…
